Property management is the best in Richmond
This year will be my second time renewing my lease. Out of all the apartments that I’ve lived in Richmond, nothing beats South Falls. My number one reason for living here is the management and staff. I am pretty to myself and don’t interact with staff or neighbors regularly, but I experience the difference great management can have. They really care about the tenants, the spaces, maintenance etc. They even have events hosted on and off the property, and are constantly upgrading shared spaces.... They’re incredibly fast at responding to any needs, and I’ve never experienced a place where they maintain the building itself so well until now. Even though I would prefer areas like Scott’s / The Fan for restaurants etc, it’s hard to leave this place because of the management. The location and apartment itself is amazing still, but it wouldn’t be as good as it is without the people that work here.
