Reflections of West Creek

Dirty corridors, cobwebs & poops in the breeze ways, very poor conditions outdoors & indoors of apartment (appliances are extremely low quality/broken/old/dirty)

1)Maintenance services are HORRIBLE,its MISERABLE=the work orders/service requests doesnt get resolved in 2 months.
No body cares to respond back to our emails.
They dont have online system to place service requests,we have to email them to put a maintainence request.
They dont give you any work order number,there are no TIMEFRAME that within 2 days/15 days/40 Days it will be resolved.

2)The buildings/staircases are DIRTY,nobody cleans them

3)The trash compactor is NOT WORKING most of the... times, all the garbage is scattered out in open mostly 3 times a week.

4)NOT SAFE FOR KIDS-there are black SNAKES,SCORPIONS -we see them outside our doors, on grasses where the kids play.We are PETRIFIED,hence informed the leasing office but they dont care/take any action.

5)There are POLICE every week in the apartment,LOUD neighbours shouting and fighting.

6)The park is TINY,there is 1 TINY GYM in phase 2.

7)The phase 1 & phase 2 are not connected via road,If you live in Phase 1 you would have to walk over the grass(where there are snakes) to reach Phase 2 Gym.There is no Gym in phase 1.

8) PATHETIC MANAGEMENT: We have to keep on calling the office phone numbers,nobody answers,it goes to voicemail all the time.If we are lucky some day, KYLE will answer but he is very UNCOOPERATIVE, never give direct reply.

9)Bottom line is - if you decide to live in Reflections at west creek, be prepared to live by your own,Maintenance support is ZERO.

You might have to live without the microwave for a month, without the dish washer for a month,without the AC/Heating.Because if anything stops working(which happens very often because all the appliances are very OLD),then it will take forever to get it sorted.

10)When I talk to other residents,9 out of 10 residents regret their decision of living in this society & plans to move out from here.
Many have MOVED OUT from here,they say its better to pay $50 extra rent in some other apartment rather than facing/dealing with such challenges on everyday basis here.

Can't understand why all the negative reviews. I visit my daughter and grandaughter. This place is not only beautiful but I know when she needs maintenance it's usually done. The grounds are clean, quiet and generally well kept up. These are some beautiful apartments and the surrounding schools are the best ! I'm sooo happy my daughter lives in such a beautiful community !!

Really nice apartment complex, just moved in on 6/9/23, amanda p. greeted us with happiness, she made sure we signed the lease and explained everything throughly, she gave us our keys and walked thru our new apartment to make sure eveything was ok and helped us get settled in, there were a few minor repairs, but amanda p. make sure they get done. we also got a lovely welcome gift and a really nice keychain, pool passes and fey fob for amenties access. the building we are in is right next to the... clubhouse and pool so you can't beat that and we are right by shortpump town center and all major restuarants, literally you can walk there its that close. they also have events for their residents every month which is awesome, if you move here they give great welcome gifts!? overall nice neighborhood and great apartment complex. Dented appliances cheap flooring but the BLACk MOLD was the last has made me very ill moved Nov moving out after 3 months. Also THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU THE RESIDENT they LET contractors work till 10 at night to get the jobs done. Poor quality it is a dump and unprofessional staff will lie to get you in and after you signed they don't know anything cannot give you a answer to anything and you will not get a straight answer.
