Super bad service, they don't solve any need in your apartment in a timely manner, they simply don't respond to your request, and they ignore you so as not to solve your problem. They don't send people who are professionals in the subject to provide a solution.

Great place to live. friendly neighbors. last year i became ill, on crutches and i was over whelmed of the support i received from neighbors. Staples Mill Townhomes, a awesome place to live.
