The Staples Mill Townhouse Community are friendly. They keep the grounds neat and clean. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. They always send out emails to let you know what is going on. It is never a surprise. Great Community.

The units are infested with spiders and cockroaches, not effectively clean when tenants move in, maintenance does not effectively fix requests, power/water outages and appliance malfunctions are commonplace, and the service provided by leasing agents and community members is rude, uncaring and ineffective.
