False advertising on “good” reviews especially on google.

I would recommend reading the 1 star reviews over the 5 star reviews left by staff and vendors who don’t actually live there.

Stay Away

Maintenance is a joke. Company is horrible. Do yourself a favor, and look elsewhere.

Move in

When moved in there was no heat or air. Needed another unit. Haven't even stay a night in the apartment.

Residents smoke indoors

Can't wait for my lease to come to an end. Moved in 4 months ago and I absolutely regret it. Neighbours smoke weed/cigarettes indoors, the smoke penetrates to your apartment and it will stick to everything you own. Apartment managers are never available. If they ever respond, they will tell you how they can't do anything (there is a no smoking policy when you sign your lease, which they conveniently forget), or they flat out tell you to go tell your neighbour to stop smoking. You will have to... choose between opening windows during winter or inhaling the smoke. It's everyone for themselves and God for us all here. If you love yourself, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
