Living quarters are tight. No ice maker. No sprayer at kitchen sink. No grab bars in main bathroom. But reasonably priced.

Absolutely do not move here. I've had my air conditioner, dishwasher, outlets and I'm sure other things broken multiple times and I have only lived here for a month. And I still have many of those things broken.

We’re very happy with our experience here at the Timbers so far. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and quiet. The pool and fitness center are great and the neighborhood is very enjoyable to walk around in. Within 10 minutes in any direction we have access to many restaurants, shops, and services. We love it here and would recommend.

The Timbers is located in a peaceful and quiet area. Nature flourishes here! The staff is excellent, polite and professional. The apartment is spacious and has wonderful features. I recommend if you’re looking for an apartment, you join this community at The Timbers!

I appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment it was obviously professionally cleaned and that is not ordinary in my experience in apartment communities and i have lived in many. I love the hard wood floors, color of the walls, the softness and color of the carpet. Not only new appliances but stainless steel was a very nice surprise. Also no front load washers and dryers i was thrilled as they are the worst appliances ever made and only support mold.
