BE VERY CAREFUL. THEY WILL TRY TO GET $350 OUT OF YOU FOR SIMPLY APPLYING. Back in February I applied for this complex just to see if I would even get approved. I didn't see this on their website that they will charge you if you don't sign the lease. Long story short I'm in the military left the state and now three months later they’re calling me nonstop saying I owe them $350. Mind you I never signed a lease agreement and never stepped foot on the property and never lived there or moved in.

This building is a hidden gem in Tysons, a quiet and beautiful location with reasonable rent in an area where surrounding buildings charge an arm and a leg for rent. The neighborhood is fantastic, within walking distance to the metro and also has quick access to 495 and 66. Tysons itself has plenty of shopping and restaurants, so if you want to be close to the action this is the place to be! Regarding the actual community, the staff is incredibly helpful. I had some issues re-signing my lease... and the staff were very cooperative and helped me to get it done. It's a clean community, great for both singles and families. It's a pet friendly location and the neighbors are all very pleasant. The one down side is that since it is like a town house style, there is open access to the public but thankfully it is a very safe area. Read More
