Truly friendly

Me and my husband lived in our apartment for just about 11 years. We relocated because we added another addition to our family. We were so sad to go. Everyone there, especially the office became a member of our family. Everyone is so nice. If something ever changed and we had to find a place, I would definitely go here first.

Love this place

Beautiful complex, I love all of the trees, wildlife that make the area their home . My apartment is spacious, and cozy . I truly cannot wait to come home. My husband and I have lived here for a few years, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. All of our questions get answered very quickly and efficiently.

DON'T BE LATE (NOT EVEN 6 MINUTES)

My wife and I were apartment shopping today and when we arrived at Brookside Village Apartments, we were, literally, 6 minutes late, and the person in the leasing office told us that if applicants are more than 5 minutes late, they have to reschedule. I said, "No thank you." and they lost a potential client. Foolish and poor business sense. I can only assume I would have received that kind of treatment if I had a problem with my residency. Only one chance to make a first impression and this… lady failed!!!

Brookside Village Apartments

Very spacious quiet community washer and dryer included in every apartment. Been in the apartment for six years never had any problems with management very friendly staff they make sure any issues with maintenance is taken care of as soon as possible
