I don't like living here

I have been living at South lakes apartment over 3 years and I have been having issues with the tenant that live over me, they continued watering their outside plants and leaving the porch filled with bigger spots of water and I report it to the office but unfortunately it seems like the tenant over me don't care because they still doing it and I am looking forward breaking my lease because I lost over $2,000 of outside furniture due to the water damage.

Great Value, Wonderful

The property is a great value! So much space (including storage space) for a great price. The staff is friendly, there is a nice lake to walk around, and the amenities are very well-kept. The appliances have been getting upgrades which is nice too. My only complaint is that paying the rent online costs extra money and trying to do anything with the apartment electronically or online is not really up-to-date. However, improvements are being made which still makes it a wonderful experience overall... . I really can't believe I'm getting double the space and amenities for the same price I was paying before!

Quiet area and close to everything

I've lived here for almost a year. Leasing staff was very helpful when I first was looking. Only had maybe 3-4 simple maintenance requests so far and they always address it same day or next day. Only downside is the appliances are very old. I can overlook that and still give 5 stars given my overall positive experience. There's a little lake here which is nice to walk the dogs around.

Close to it all!

Nice and quiet location. Staff very helpful. Loads of restaurants and things to do within walking distance! Only downside...real need updated appliances!

Affordable with lots close by

We needed an apartment quickly and the office staff was amazing and efficient. Move it was quick and painless. Apartment is great for the price and the location offers a large number of places to eat or shop. Very happy so far!
