I truly cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Shoreline. The entire team is friendly, welcoming, responsive, and respectful. I never had a maintenance request open for more than 24 hrs and the office team typically responded to any of my emails or phone calls within an hour. It's very clear that they care about their residents and are interested in maintaining long term relationships.

I was extremely sad to leave the property, but unfortunately, circumstances out of… everyone's control dictated the move.

My husband and I moved here at the end of January from Minnesota and it had been the perfect home for us in a new place! It’s in a great, central, safe area. We’re 15 minutes from the ocean, the bay and downtown Norfolk! The schools nearby are great and we can walk to the grocery store and Mount Trashmore. Management has been helpful and maintenance has been great! Any issues that have come up have been managed in a timely manner. We’ve already decided to stay another year!

My girlfriend and I have been living here for about 3 months now, and I have to say that my favorite thing about this place is the neighborhood itself. I rarely hear sirens, there’s a rabbit that comes out at night, the ducks come right up to you, and the squirrels almost don’t pay us any mind, and most of our neighbors greet us and strike up short conversations with us.

My boyfriend and I moved in a little over three months ago, and we love it here! Everyone is super nice, and the place offers fun community competition like raffles, and get togethers for each holiday! If there was ever an issue they respond very quickly, but we haven’t had anything wrong ?? thank you shoreline! It’s so much fun here!!
