Staff

I've lived 5 years at Willow Lakes apartments. The staff have been great and know of my memory issues and recent stroke, treating me with respect. The staff, Sean, Scott, and Zack go out of their way to make sure repairs and assistance is provided ASAP. We're currently working on making my patio more attractive and just today the appearance is much improved. A big positive shout out to them for the improvements!

I SURVIVED!

It gets very loud at night. People blasting music. Dogs running lose and there have been some auto break ins.

I just got an uncomfortable feeling living there and they won't break the lease under any circumstances.

Nice neighborhood

The staff is friendly and the neighbors are respectful of each other. Bonus is that is close to a lot of shops and the beach is a 15 min drive.

Rude

For how expensive this place is, nothing seems to work properly.
The staff is rude, especially the assistant. She doesn't do her job, and then claims she did and you just "forgot". This not only happened to me, but other residents as well. They need to work on the type of people they hire. I am not impressed.

Nice place, unwelcomed guests

I love my apartment and the complex I'm in, but I often find a dozen or so geese and ducks outside of my apartment. They commonly like to attack and run at me when I come home. Hence all the geese droppings around the place. There's also a lot of bugs that get into my apartment because of the pond in the complex. Still love it! Just don't love the angry geese or bugs.
