I’ve been living here for seven years. The cabinet is falling falling down from the inside every time I ask the manager, he be having a bad attitude with me. I found the right because of the cabinets I asked her to send me somebody to clean the carpet. The sink is leaking. My wife went to the office four times and she be asking not to come no more. She was charging me for the reserve parking that she removed a reserve sign that I cannot park there that’s how the issue start with the manager. She... didn’t wanna refund my money. I’ve been asking to speak to supervisor I don’t get any response. I just like to speak to somebody above her. that can fix my issue.

Not the worst, Far from the best
Management and Maintenance Issues: Unfortunately, my experience at Magnolia Run Apartments has been disappointing due to several ongoing management and maintenance concerns. The management team appears overwhelmed and unresponsive to resident needs. Work orders take an excessive amount of time to be addressed, if they're completed at all. This lack of responsiveness creates frustration for residents dealing with legitimate maintenance issues that should be handled promptly. Financial... Concerns: The fee structure at this property includes numerous charges that feel unreasonable and poorly explained. Residents should carefully review all potential fees before signing, as there appear to be various additional costs beyond standard rent that may not be clearly communicated upfront. Property Maintenance and Cleanliness: The grounds maintenance is inconsistent. The landscaping crew typically works very early in the morning, which can be disruptive to residents. More concerning is the lack of attention to common area cleanliness - pet waste is frequently left unaddressed on the grounds, making it unpleasant and unsanitary to walk around the property. Infrastructure and Safety Concerns: The property layout seems to encourage some residents to drive on sidewalks rather than use designated pathways, particularly when carrying groceries or other items. This creates potential safety hazards for pedestrians. Additionally, there have been reports of pest issues, including rodents on the property, though upper-floor units may be less affected. Final Thoughts: While the location may have some advantages, the combination of poor management responsiveness, questionable fee practices, and maintenance issues makes it difficult to recommend Magnolia Run Apartments. Prospective residents should carefully consider these factors and thoroughly inspect the property before committing to a lease. *Reviewed by a current resident

Don’t …. Just Don’t
Office Staff is rude and they don’t care about you as long as they get you to sign the lease then they’ll tell you what you want to hear. We had rats, roaches, black mold, rude neighbors, parking dilemmas. Paid my rent on time every month and never caused any problems or damage. Apartments are over priced and the fees are ridiculous and they still charge you after you have moved out no matter what.

Noisy
If you want quiet, do not go here. They permit their tenants to play loud, BOOMING music at all hours.

Very Hot
The apartment is extremely hot, after putting in several maintenance requests; they are all closed and stating there is nothing they can do about it. The master bedroom gets upward 89 to 91 °. Dont move here. Cant wait until my lease is over. The office constantly states that the AC system is old in the apartments and theres nothing they can do.
