AC not working but it was a quick fix My AC was not working properly, I put a request in Sunday evening and maintenance was on site within 48 hours. I was provided with a portable AC which worked well, kept my whole apartment cool throughout the night! The day after, maintenance got everything up and running. It’s now super cold in here the way I like it. Maintenance staff are professional and act quickly, very informative as well. I was updated throughout the entire process.

Quick response When we moved in we had a lot of issues in the apartment. The maintenance team has been very responsive and quick with all repairs and requests.

I’ve been living here for seven years. The cabinet is falling falling down from the inside every time I ask the manager, he be having a bad attitude with me. I found the right because of the cabinets I asked her to send me somebody to clean the carpet. The sink is leaking. My wife went to the office four times and she be asking not to come no more. She was charging me for the reserve parking that she removed a reserve sign that I cannot park there that’s how the issue start with the manager. She… didn’t wanna refund my money.
