I love it here however…. The elevator situation was really terrible. I have been here for 8 years. This is the fourth time it has been down. This time for three months. They don’t seem to care. It’s really bad.

Renew is a wonderful place to live. The maintenance people are very helpful and responsive. The community is respectful and nice. The views are beautiful. The location is perfect. I love living here and recommend it.

I love my new home here super friendly staff maintenance and neighbors and the gym is my favorite part lots of equipment.
And the view of the pond is super cool as well. And I love that I can just walk to the store as well as the trail that we have access to

The elevator for my building has been out of service for over a month. It has severely impeded my quality of life and ability to move in. Communication about repairs have been woefully inadequate- last one was weeks ago. No assistance has been offered to residence.

What a great neighborhood! I have enjoyed living at these apartments 3.7 years as the new renovations ,are both aesthetically pleasing as well as functional. I feel safe , the new staffing after it was sold to new management is GREAT, maintenance is helpful and my neighbors are friendly. I find the parking garage and elevators are convenient for my needs as well. Vaulted ceilings, space w a wood burning fireplace is a pleasant, warm rarity. I also enjoy the view from high floor that overlooks... the pool. The open walk ways, not closed in hallways, allow for fresh air to come in as you open your door.
Quiet hour, dog rules for cleanliness, and NO SMOKING in the building is what I prefer.
Thanks ... 1 point , please do not raise the rent every lease renewal.
