The manager at Renew Virginia Beach was very helpful and she made sure we had clear instructions for move in. It took a lot of paper work and proof needed to make it a success! She made sure she got in done in a timely manner and as she promised !

I’ve had a mixed experience living here. On the positive side, the location is really convenient—close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. That said, there are definitely some areas for improvement. Noise from the street can sometimes be an issue as well.

Overall, it’s not a bad place to live, but there are trade-offs. If location are your top priorities, this apartment could work well. If you’re looking for a quieter environment, you may want to weigh your options carefully

Outdated utilities compared to the pictures... Utility problems like broken faucet in the kitchen, Very noisy refrigerator, no bedroom light, they just tried covering everything in paint rather then fix anything with the walls or counter tops... The only thing that makes it tolerable is the fact we can have a pet, it's clean, and the staff are nics

this apartment has been great so far! i locked myself out of my apartment at 5:30 PM on a Thursday and maintenance came to let me in to my apartment no problem!
