Amazing everyone is extremely nice and keeps the volume down. Amenities are always super clean and never too packed. The dog park is super accessible and perfect for my dog.

Everything after move in started to break down lights falling out the ceiling dishwasher not working washer dryer not working etc maintenance mark the maintenance as complete and fixed when the problem isn’t fixed

The apartment size is good, but the units, bathrooms, and hallways are pretty dated. There’s a serious waterbug issue—I’ve found them dead and alive in my unit. The gym is old and really needs an upgrade, yet we still have to pay extra for amenities and parking. Rent just went up by $200, which feels unreasonable given the lack of updates.

Only complaint’s would be no visitor parking
Half of the residents park on the street. Plenty of empty parking spaces. Need at least 2 visitor parking passes
And no 24 hr access to the gym
