Need more up to date appliances. The ones we have are extremely old and hardly works from time to time. Instead of trying to repair them it would be best to have new ones. The refrigerator is beyond repair and at least 30 years old. The drawers and handles are constantly falling apart but never fixed or replaced. The stove burners are lopsided and three of the hardly works from time to time. We have never been late and been here since 2019. The bathroom needs to be updated as well. The carpets... need to be removed all together and provided with actual wood panels. The fake wood stuff constantly ripping. Lastly, I was never reimbursed for the damage that maintenance caused to my dryer, curtain and the blinds they broke when fixing the dryer vent issue. The even messed up the carpet which left stains and mess.
