The issue is that we moved into a supposed renovated apartment however there’s constant issue with not having running hot water. The water turns freezing cold after 2-3 minutes in the shower, kitchen sink and bathroom sink. No one wants to take freezing cold showers. Had multiple issues with the kitchen sink leaking water underneath. It’s seems old maintenance or what didn’t update the pipes in the kitchen nor hooked the hot water up properly. We lived here for over 6 years and never had issues... with hot water working properly in old unit.

I have lived in the apartments for six going on seven years if I ever have an issue or a problem in the apartment, they always come out promptly to check things out and repair them if needed. everyone in the office is very friendly and courteous. Never had any issue.
