I lived at this property for several years and unfortunately had numerous issues with management during my tenancy.

My apartment flooded three separate times. During the first flooding incident, I was out of town and was never contacted by management about what had happened. I returned to find my apartment turned upside down after coming home from a trip and had to wait until the following Tuesday before anyone adequately explained why my home had been entered and extensively disturbed.

During… the renovation process following the third flooding, I was temporarily relocated to a hotel. On multiple occasions, management failed to extend my hotel reservation on time, forcing me to leave work twice to retrieve my belongings from the hotel room because I had been informed my stay had ended, only to be told a few hours later that the stay had in fact been extended. This created unnecessary stress and disruption during an already difficult situation.

Following the flooding, the apartment underwent significant renovations, including replacement of the flooring and carpet. Despite this history, I was later charged for alleged carpet damage after moving out. When I disputed the charge and requested documentation showing the condition of the carpet before and after my tenancy, I did not feel that management adequately addressed my concerns, and my dispute was ultimately closed without any supporting evidence being provided.

There were also several other frustrating incidents during my tenancy. On two separate occasions, my washer and dryer were removed from my unit by mistake without any prior notice. Management also attempted to tow my vehicle for allegedly failing to comply with vehicle inspection requirements, despite my vehicle having valid out-of-state registration and plates.

While some of these issues may seem minor individually, the repeated lack of communication and apparent disregard for residents’ property and concerns created an extremely disappointing living experience. I cannot recommend this property based on my experience. Read More
