I continue to be very happy with the complex - after all I have stayed for 8 years. I especially appreciate the current maintenance person who is a gem! He has taken care of several weird things like my faucet rusting out ( original from 1989 apparently) and is a great at his job. I have also have great experiences with the office staff.

Always prompt to answer your maintenance issues and very clean and I feel very safe in this area. have been living in the complex for almost 6 years and do not have any issues. Very quiet neighborhood.

I really loved the welcome package that included toilet paper, dishwashing and laundry detergent. The landscaping is very nice. There are a few issues in our unit but hopefully they will be addressed by the end of the week!
