Management is always changing and gets worse every time. Billing sucks they keep rebooking for charges I already paid. Now they’re trying to bill for washer and dryer and back charging me when I shouldn’t be charged at all as part of my last lease renewal

Seawall Apartments & Townhomes is a nice community with a footprint full of greenery, and is very pet friendly. Their large apartment floor plans leave a lot of room for families or for groups of roommates to enjoy, and their in-home amenities and look are modern and updated.

My experience at Seawall Apartments & Townhomes has been disappointing overall. The community offers very limited amenities, which has made it difficult to see the value in living here. More concerning, however, has been my experience with management and staff. Interactions have often felt unprofessional, with communication ranging from dismissive to combative, and responses to concerns being slow or nonexistent. In addition, there have been recurring issues with rent payments and fees being… handled incorrectly, which has created unnecessary stress. Overall, dealing with these ongoing issues has been exhausting and has significantly impacted my experience as a resident.
