Great place to live quiet neighborhood. Close to schools beach and shopping. Minutes away from town center. Maintenance and staff friendly

It is a great area, quiet and welcoming. Cozy apartments nice pool. They are always keeping the grass nice and short. Everything is great. Love it

The property has potential if they get the correct leadership. The gym is always out of order, the pool always opens late (June vs Memorial Day) and closes before Labor Day alway bc of an issue. The front office did not answer the phone, work orders go incomplete for longer than normal periods of time.

The maintenance is horrible. The AC doesn’t work. I put in two tickets. The AC is still at 84 degrees daily. We have 4 fans running daily. It should not take me purchasing fans for this new move in apartment. This should be against property protocol.

I have been here for 2 years with no maintenance issues and they work with u on affordable apartments.
