Hope you don't mind living without a/c in 80 degree weather, have no electrical or water issues, or any issues regarding the safety and suitability of using a deck (if applicable) or otherwise have any issue in which management needs to address because they will not call you back after leaving a voicemail, they will not respond to your emails, and your emergency work orders are labeled as normal priority. There seems to be no rush or regard for resident safety or concerns on behalf of... management. Waelene tries to help, but there's only so much he can do without a team to help him and carry their weight.

Bugs! Loud Residence! Mold! Terrible Front Desk Team
I lived at Woodshire apartments and it was a terrible experience. Roaches roaming at night in the house and outside of it. Very embarrassed to have guests. Junk food and trash outside of the apartment building. Loud residence who smoke weed and cigarettes in their home which caused my asthma to flare up. Front desk staff did not care about my issues, paid for extra sprays and never got it. Monica leaves early. The manager is never there. Do not move here unless you are in a position where you... need to (poor credit, section 8, etc.) not luxury to be so close to town center
