Beautiful community with the perfect balance of community activity and quiet. The complex has everything you need within 5 minutes and is extremely clean. Staff has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and made my move very easy. I would recommend Elan to anyone looking for a place in the Williamsburg area.

Elan Williamsburg is a wonderful place to live. The staff is exceptionally friendly and professional. The apartments are new and very well-maintained. The amenities, to include a well-equipped fitness center, large pool and pool table in the clubhouse are all top-notch. Finally, the location is ideal in a quiet and safe area of town, close to restaurants and the historic Colonial Williamsburg.

I feel very fortunate to have found my apartment. It is comfortable and the amenities are very nice. I am lucky to be able to use the computer room in the Clubhouse on a regular basis for bridge.

The worst possible

Terrible rude inconsiderate management.
From a broken AC unit that wasn’t fixed for weeks —all they did was drop off a small blower for the living room after saying it would be fixed twice…
To towing my vehicle WITH THE APT. COMPLEX PARKING STICKER ON IT.
Do not move here. You will pay a ridiculous amount of money to be treated like a joke. This complex can rot for all I care. Seriously be careful or you might wake up to your own car towed away. ??
