Canopy at Ginter Park Apartments

The units themselves are nice, however the price went up $150 after my first year and are now majorly overpriced for what you’re getting. Added onto rent is a required trash service fee, which they sometimes come to collect and sometimes “forget” your door so your trash is sitting in the hallway for over a day and makes the hallway stink. The property used to have nice landscaping but have since changed companies and dogs trash the grass so it does not look nice anymore. Management does not... respond to your emails/concerns, new maintenance guys are ok, community feel is not there, it is a loud complex with dogs barking and loud cars at night. I would have highly recommended this community prior to management change. You will pay luxury living prices minus the luxury. Package room is a disaster, the upkeep and cleanliness of the community areas is disappointing, the grounds are not as nice, dog poop, cars being broken into, stolen property. No community events anymore. Staff is no longer personable, they hide in their office and don’t make eye contact or speak to the residents. The coffee machine is often broken, they used to have... snacks and nice cups with sleeves. The wipes in the gym are not being refilled. The pet spa is always nasty. The TVs in the common area don’t work half the time. They are not loyal to the residents and try to push residents out to bring in higher paying new lease holders. Trash is always overflowing. Chairs by the pool and fire pit scattered around. Very very disappointed in how fast this community is going down hill. I do not recommend this community. I think the Canopy is a beautiful place nestled in a very nice surrounding. Great for all ages. The management staff is excellent, professional and most courteous.

I moved to Canopy from another city, where I lived in a house for 37 years. I like that Canopy is in a quiet, established neighborhood. The complex is new, clean, and well maintained and the management is very responsive to requests.
