Current Resident
From the time of my initial tour through my decision to move in, I have had a very positive experience overall. The staff has consistently been professional, present, and responsive when assistance has been needed, and the level of courtesy demonstrated throughout the community has been greatly appreciated. The River is truly a welcoming place to live.
However, I would like to formally address an ongoing concern regarding the internet service provided. Since moving in, I have experienced... repeated disruptions in connectivity lasting multiple days at times. Although technicians have visited and indicated that the issue was resolved, the service continues to be unreliable.
For example, when attempting to stream television, the connection frequently lags or buffers for extended periods. Additionally, while playing online video games, I regularly lose connection altogether before service resumes several minutes later. I have carefully monitored these interruptions, and I experience connectivity loss at least once daily.
Given the consistency of this issue, I respectfully request that this matter be addressed and resolved as soon as possible.
