This place may LOOK nice on the inside BUT leasing never mentioned roaches as roommates during your lease . I am spending too much money on roach spray, combat gels, and not only are you battling unwanted roommates you have to deal with Waterbugs as well. And not the small ones either . These things get as big as your big toe smh. Find somewhere else. They mention getting bedbug coverage, but there needs to be a roach coverage with the renter insurance you get on your place.

I called inquiring about information and was told that they can't tell me anything until I apply. How does that make any sense? If you can't answer my questions why would I apply? I cant imagine what I would have to go through if I actually lived there.

Would give zero stars if I could. Staff do not care about the tenants, maintenance will never be done or followed up on, and there are cops in the neighborhood daily. I've had packages stolen, I've had staff give me nothing but attitude when I go in, and I've had water damage all year with nobody trying to fix it.
