They gave me the apartment dirty and unfixed even after almost 15 days I have my things in a storage because I have not been able to move since Grey Start has not taken responsibility for delivering the apartment in poor, dangerous and unsanitary conditions, I was in contact with Lena S. who at first hand was quite understanding and tried to help me but now she stopped answering emails completely and despite asking me to do basically what Grey Start is supposed to do, which is find a contractor... and ask for an estimate for the repairs, after getting it and sending her everything necessary she simply stopped answering my emails, so until now it seems to me a lack of respect on the part of the Grey Star company, knowing that this is an emergency case for me to move, they stop responding to me even though I have already spent money, time and patience in this situation only because they were not able to give me a unit suitable to live in! However, Lena has been quite receptive in the past, and I know they're currently transferring the community, so I'll give it a couple more days and see if I can update my overall review! But so far, the overall experience has been extremely frustrating.
