So far Arras seems like a quiet, clean, beautiful community. There are regular community events for those interested and the leasing office staff is attentive regardless of the volume of responsibilities they have. I appreciate their support as someone who is new to the city and learning more about the neighborhood. They leave a great impression!

The entire staff is amazing. They are super friendly and are highly responsive. The building is clean and well kept. The maintenance team has helped me fix an issue within an hour of me requesting. I love living at Arras. They have great ammenities , fun events and a wonderful property.
The location is very convenient as well.
