The location is one of the biggest advantages of living here, with the close proximity to Crossroads Mall, parks, and a strong sense of community. The management team is friendly and helpful, and the maintenance staff is professional and responsive to work orders.

However, there is a serious rat infestation issue that needs immediate attention. It’s embarrassing to have guests visit under these conditions, and the problem has not been adequately resolved. Rats have even chewed through the… exterior wall into my unit, and very little has been done to prevent it from happening again. This is also a health and safety concern for residents, especially children and pets.

Massive rodent issue.

Horrible management and the building and area is filled with rodents of all kinds. Rats will get in and damage your car. Entire building is infested with cockroaches and ants which ruin all of your electronics.
