This place is horrible, don't rent here. It's just a cash grab. It's been years and the hallway carpet is disingrating so much it creates dust in our apartments. Cleaning it is not the solution especially with all the pests.

All and all this is a very nice place to call home. I enjoy the grounds so well kept. The maintenance team is wonderful, so nice, cheerful. The apt staff is very helpful, nice and respectful.

Love living here. I have been here a long time. I especially enjoy the different things that CPE does, enjoyed the Christmas party. The staff is very nice and helpful. The grounds are well kept. I do truly feel this is my home.

Unresponsive and inexperienced leasing staff. Lots of cockroaches. Noisy community - lots of late-night car horns honking. Trash bags in the hallways for days. Food scraps and dirty hallways. Entire building smells like insecticide.
