There are people who smoke marijuana/smoke/vape, and smoke drugs inside the apartment. It's an ongoing problem for years despite daily emails to management; they know it's going on, but do little to make it permanently stop.
The water doesn't drain off the porch on the 2nd floor of the unit we live on when it rains. There also has been a problem on the property with rats which has gotten better, but that was a nightmare. Maintenance requests are not done or rarely completed.
Windows are only... on 1 side of the unit and it gets hot. The air flow is poor in the apartment as well. It's not a good design. It's easy to hear neighbors as well.
I know the manager does some things to help, but the company overall is poor at handling the issue of smoking/vaping/smoking marijuana inside the apartment complex (indoors) and maintenance requests are often not addressed.

Kendall Ridge is an excellent place to live! The manager & staff work with you to meet your needs! Their communication skills are tremendous! It’s safe, & the studio’s / apartments are kept up! The cleaning of the surroundings make you feel at home! I’m very happy to have selected Kendall Ridge apartments!
