Do NOT move here, things break every month, they take too long to repair, don’t repair them correctly, and lie about the amenities during the tour. AVOID Greystar properties.

I lived there for four years. I moved there primarily for location and that’s all they had: location. ??The elevators have had frequent issues including multiple full blown elevator outages over the last 1-2 years to at least the two in the North Tower. Hot water has been out multiple times also in the last 12-16 months from 2025 to mid-2026. The building is odd: something like a power outage from a few months ago will, after recovery, result in sustained periods of no hot water. The elevator... issue is apparently being addressed but it should not have gotten to that point to begin w/ and it seems there was a miss on elevator inspection (which should be annual). Those are the two biggest issues. ??The others are:?Elevator slowness: the design of the elevators is such that they will be slow even after they fix their “rope” issues due to having not enough bandwidth to support the constant up-and-down of maintenance and cleaning and recycling w/ showing apartments move-ins and move-outs, and regular tenant activity. The elevators are noisy and slow but, to me, the bandwidth is the biggest issue. ??Maintenance takes forever and in one case they took weeks to show up for an issue, did not fix the issue properly, broke something in one of the appliances making it worse than before, then ghosted. ??Amenities are inconsistently available an have issues (e.g., the whirlpool has needed maintenance frequently) and in some cases are removed w/ no communication (e.g., the bike room and the library).

The management, old and new, seem completely lost and unprofessional. ??I see some good scores and to some it really may be 5-of-5. For me, it’s 1-of-5 as there is better housing that is doing more than flexing premium simply for being in Downtown Bellevue but proving mediocre to bad housing and services. Read More

The apartment has good location and reasonable price but the experience with the management team is really bad.

We are a long time resident and we have found it to be a pleasant place to live for the most part with a nice location and good accessibility to downtown. There is a consistent issue with the elevators, however, that has plagued the building since the beginning in 2014. There were corners cut in the initial construction and unfortunately, this spread to the choice and installation of the elevators which have continued to plague the building since the early years. One elevator is down more... often than it should be, leaving only one operating at one time. And the scenario that both of them have been down, leaving residents to walk up and down as many as 20 floors of stairs has happened too many times.
