My experience has been nothing but extraordinary! I’m talking about from just the initial call asking about availability and pricing, the tour, the application process, the lease up process. Dear Friends,

I live in "The Row Townhomes" in Factoria in Building F. My car, Kia Soul was stolen overnight on 8/29 breaking the window glass from the parking lot in front of the apartment. Reported the same to Bellevue Police and the car was found left at Capitol Hills in a non-drivable condition the next day.

I spoke with property management and they said "There is 24/7 security patrolling". I am not sure, how it happened it was under their nose. To be honest, I don't see any security… patrolling in this compound for several months. In fact, I had asked them to install some CCTV Cameras in the compound to tighten security, and seems they are taking things very casually and don't see any proactive measures. Neither do I see any empathy from management for the situation, I had to face. I tried to install a blink camera at my apt to address security concerns and I was given a warning to take it out since it affects privacy ( Seems people who steal cars' privacy need to be respected :)) and also it is against lease contract violation. I don't know what to do now and it is adding insult to injury now.

We have lived at The Row since October 2021. Initially, we had a lot of issues with management, the turnover, a break-in, and many other problems that were not directly related to the property that seemed to never be fixed. That has drastically changed! Tom was always here and has always been wonderful. Whenever we needed any help, he was prompt, honest, and did everything until it was right. Richelle is newer but oh boy did you get a great manager. I work in the industry doing mostly… mutlifamily banking and credit so have worked with many managers. She is attentive and accommodating. Great communicator and has her tenants and property close to her heart. We could not feel more looked after with these two. To many more years of renting to come! Read More

This management team is the worst I've ever dealt with.

1. They never responds to emails. Only after you confront them will they acknowledge they've been essentially blind to their mailbox. This is so frustrating as your request gets forever stuck. Think this is bad? It gets worse.

2. Nobody ever picks up the phone or calls back after you left several messages. Now you're out of choice, the only way is to hang around the office every now and then and pray someone is in there (and not in some… meetings). Read More
