Hoosier dump

Dope smoke all hours of the day and night comes in my front and back windows as well as cigarette smoke. Dog overload with barking sometimes all day.

Maintenance is terrible takes them months to do any follow up . They come in to do inspections ask what’s wrong and then don’t do anything about it.
