Customer Services bad
This place is a very bad place to live in. No safety at all. Customer services are mean and so rude. they talk so rude to customer, talk like people on the street. I would not recommend you guys live there.

Best Apartments in the Seattle Metro Area
Manuela is the best apartment manager I have ever worked with. She takes time to help her residents when they need it and you always feel like you are important to her and not just a rent check. Maintenance is always done in a timely fashion and without any hassle and Stepan always does fantastic job and listens to the residents concerns to make sure he addresses the whole job and not just the symptoms of the problems. I am happy to continue living here as long as they keep their excellent... people around and they keep treating the residents like we matter.

Spaceous apartments beautiful grounds! And friendly staff! Manuela the manager is very attentive to the needs to her tenants!

First impression
I received a call back, from Angela, who was working in the office, as one of the property managers, a really sweet lady. Unfortunately I didn't was unable to make the appointment, and had to reschedule for the next day, which happens if you tomorrow. But she was really great, great customer service and I look forward to meeting her and seeing the property. It has definitely been a rough experience dealing with a lot of scams, the housing market is competitive, and she definitely gave me... something to look forward to!!
