I have been in AVANA WEST for 5years now and am loving it. I can't compare any other places with AVANA WEST it's peaceful and your car is safe. You can go out anytime at night to pick your car without fear. More love

Avana West Hills is beautiful from the outside and alright on the inside, Management is a little hard to get a hold of and when emails are sent out,?it’s being sent from a totally different property which they also own and does not pertain to anything that’s happening in our complex. Maintenance is horrible and the parking lot is flooded with garbage and debris, especially on the weekends.

Avana West Hill, in my opinion, is a very safe & quiet community. Close enough to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Easy access to highway 5 and 167.
