Most of the office staff are really nice. They run community events and they care about their children around here which is fantastic! The maintenance team is always friendly and work quickly. However, this is supposed to be a smoke-free facility. It is not & my health suffers daily. The walls are so thin, and the windows have no insulation. I hear EVERYTHING that happens around me & get no rest. The neighbors fight and scream constantly will wake you up with a loud banging at 2 AM, 4 AM,... midnight, really all day unpredictably, so if you have small children, or need to work from home this is not the place for you. The building is old so you kind of get what you pay for, however, I have never experienced anything like this. Literally every footstep and movement above is heard. I should not know when my neighbor uses the bathroom or is prepping dinner in the kitchen, but I do! When they fight stuff will fall off of my walls because they’re throwing each other or things around. i’ve had to replace two picture frames already. Get used to the sound of a washing machine at midnight vibrating on the ceiling above you when you’re trying to sleep! The pool is closed and was never usable. (One of the reasons I selected this apartment.) The gym is only open from 11 AM to 5 PM IF the office is open and you have to work out behind their desks which is awkward. The amenities (aside from the community events) are lacking. But you’re forced to pay $65 for Internet that you don’t want because it was a “community upgrade”. Your name will never be added to the security gate, so have fun navigating that with deliveries and guests. Oh, and your neighbors may occasionally get roaches so you have to pack up your entire apartment kitchen, bathroom, and closets; so they can treat. Who doesn’t want that.
