Horrible Place to LIVE!
What a huge mistake living here!!! They go beyond the lease to charge you for every penny they can. Even though the lease has its restrictions, they take any loophole they can to charge for what they consider is within the lease terms. ALL LIES. Even if you have the place professionally cleaned, they still charge you for cleaning and amongst other things. When you have a maintenance emergency they make you wait. We had a situation were our door knob/latch fell off and no one came out to fix it... in days. The several horror stories we lived here, the lack of professionalism and careless behavior of these people is beyond measure. You have to ask every possible ridiculous thing you can imagine, because not everything they do is in writing. The apartments are in poor condition and they will do the minimal to fix anything. When you move in, is a patch they do until you have to call for maintenance and your realize the problem had existed before you had moved in. For the price and the headaches they give you, save your money and go to a place that not only cares for you as a resident but its not out to gouge you for money.
