Application to keys in hand was quick and easy. Friendly staff, do wish responses were a little quicker though. Nice amenities including clubhouse, well equipped gym, pool, walking trail around a wetland area.

I like the community as a whole, i wish some of the residents with their guest were respectful every time they use the amenities and parked in their paid spot or to uncovered ones. Some also drives without caution like they driving more than the expected speed limit. I hope the management can do something to limit/prevent this unpleasant events.
