Big thanks to Whitney for all her help throughout the entire process. She answered every question I threw at her, and I had a lot. Kaylyn was great too, stepping in whenever Whitney was out.

The maintenance team also did an excellent job getting my apartment move in ready a few days ahead of schedule. I really appreciated that because it meant I could move in sooner instead of spending extra nights in a hotel. Thank you to everyone who helped make that happen.

I moved here from out of state... and had previously lived at another Mill Creek property. That positive experience was one of the many reasons Modera stood out to me.

I have had the best experience so far here! Beautiful apartment beautiful grounds it’s quiet the pool, clubhouse gym are all emasculate and beautiful ?? Kandi is amazing and has helped me beyond what I would’ve imagined overall recommend 100%

If it wasn’t for the freeway noise I would give it a 5. It has good space for an apartment. I love the vaulted ceilings. The design and layout of the square footage they had to work with is excellent.
The staff is great I would give them a 6/5.

So far its been great, all appliances work and move in process has been easy. The leasing office workers are great, friendly and super helpful.

Been here for three years. The biggest win is how quiet it is. The downfall is sometimes the customer service in the office. Pool guests are allowed to bring speakers and book boxes to the pool community area and subject all the surrounding residents to loud music even though the main clubhouse has a built in sound system. I politely asked a girl with glasses at the front desk if she wouldn’t mind asking them to turn it down because I could hear the music from my deck on the back side of the... building. She responded with everything she couldn’t do which was “because it’s a community area and o it side quiet hours- there’s not much she can do.” But then, she said, but I guess I can go talk to them. Another employee listening to the whole thing actually responded with a lot of empathy making me feel heard and agreeing that playing music at that level is disrespectful.
