We have mostly enjoyed living here. There have been a few issues but for the most part they have been handled. The grills are very dirty and the other residents who use them don’t clean up after themself. So much so that we do not use them anymore so it’s unfortunate as it was an amenity we wanted. Another thing is the fees I have never had an apartment charge so many little fees such as pest fee, patrol fee, an even charges residents for the electricity in the clubhouse that we never use. Other... than that it’s been okay.
