I have just recently moved in to my apartment but I love everything about the Wellstone. The leasing office is professional and friendly at the same time and the floor plans are a 10/10

Wellstone is good. I enjoy the staff and they have always been incredibly helpful and kind. The apartment interiors are very modern and all the appliances look brand new. It is honestly a good apartment. One of the nicest ones in Lakewood.

Wellstone’s staff are welcoming, professional, and truly care about meeting residents’ needs. From the front desk staff Shiler and Nicole, who are always friendly and helpful, to the maintenance crew who consistently complete work orders within 24 hours, the service is outstanding. The entire team does an amazing job and helps make this a great place to live.
