Wellstone is good. I enjoy the staff and they have always been incredibly helpful and kind. The apartment interiors are very modern and all the appliances look brand new. It is honestly a good apartment. One of the nicest ones in Lakewood.

Wellstone’s staff are welcoming, professional, and truly care about meeting residents’ needs. From the front desk staff Shiler and Nicole, who are always friendly and helpful, to the maintenance crew who consistently complete work orders within 24 hours, the service is outstanding. The entire team does an amazing job and helps make this a great place to live.

I love the Bridgeport community, but there are some things they could add like handicap parking that's not reserved (which they painted over). They also could add either chargers & or outlets for those with electric vehicles. Other than those things, I feel safe, my needs are met, maintenance is always on time & gets the job done, & management always responds.

We always strive to provide top quality service to every guest and are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your experience here at Wellstone! We do have handicap parking that is unreserved by the office and C buildings. We also offer reserve parking and... painted the spaces at the resident's request. We are currently in the process of getting bids to put in EV chargers but are also taking into consideration the already limited parking. We are excited that the new parking program will be fully enforced in December to free up more spaces so we can add more parking amenities.
