Trash and recycling still a lot of problems they get overfilled so often. And still a lot of trash and papers on the ground everywhere. This does not have that many amenities and every year the rent goes up but no incentives.

Quiet and clean community for the most part. Good location to freeways, shopping and entertainment. Staff are nice. Hot tub is supposed to be open year round but they always end up closing it with no explanation.

Move in was smooth. Apartment was clean. Had a couple issues needing fixed- using the maintenance portal is super easy and things are typically fixed by the day! Safe community.
