I love that I'm essentially left completely alone. I feel like I'm living in a little house, versus an apartment. Privacy can feel scarce in apartment buildings.

Good size apartment, thin walls and floors. Parking is limited. Nice neighborhood, perfect size fitness center. Pet friendly community but sometimes some owners don’t pick up after their pets

I have loved living here at Shorewood! It's quiet, safe, and gorgeous property. Most of the apartments have been newly renovated and are modern but homey and warm. Plus the proximity to Seattle and Bellevue is a huge convenience! I recommend Shorewood to anyone thinking about moving to the Greater Seattle area!

Shorewood has been an amazing experience overall. The area is beautiful, the community is nice, and it is pretty quiet. The staff are amazing. The community is very well maintained and maintenance is always on top of things. The gym just got new equipment and is well maintained. There are some short walking trails in the area which is a plus. It would be nice to have a pool and parking can be a bit annoying if you get home late. Other than that, my experience has been almost perfect.

Believe me, you don't want my feedback for marketing purposes. I was taught that if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. This is my gratitude to the employees on property - I'll just stay silent about my experience living here because the maintenance and office crew are great people.
