We lived in the Avana Hamptons Communty going on 7 years, Since GrayStar bought the property lots of positive upgrades. Such as resurfacing the entire roadway with new asphalt. Fixing all the curbs, Every buildings exterior got a face-lift. replacing missing and damaged wood trim then painting every building. Looking fantastic, also the ground keepers staying on top of the lawns trees also trimming the hedges.The main entrance looks very welcoming with all the flowers, and greenery,

Avana Hamptons is a great place to live and walk! Patios are big and storage room is huge! Very quiet and peaceful! You can easily walk to the park or stores!
