Overall I am more happy with Avana than my previous apartment. The layout of the unit is ideal, the close proximity to family and shopping and overall it is a pretty quiet community with easy rent pay online and reserved parking for a fee.

The Avana Hamptons Communty. Is our home since 2018. The first 2 years was owned by another company and this complex was called the Hamptons. They did nothing to up keep the property. Then the Avana Hamptons Communty under The parent company Greystar. And wow the community under the new highly professional property manager and the professional very knowledgeable rental agents. Are fantastic. The Avana Hamptons had the entire drive going through the community repaved. And gave each building a... face lift. Repainting the entire community. Everything. Was. New again. We love being apart of this now fantastic community thanks to the Avana Hamptons and new appearance. We are very proud to be a part of the Avana Hamptons Communty. Every neighbor has been friendly. We love layout of our home a garden style kitchen that has brand new stainless appliances the fridge new stove new dishwasher. We love the island that divides the kitchen. from the spacious dining room the island is stone and has a deep farmer's sink really great for cutting vegetables. Prepairing our meals the other side of the island that is also part of the dining room we would use tall style island stools. We love being able to see the back patio and yard through the sliding glass doors. Our home has so much charm and character. Also came with new full size washer and dryer in its laundry closet We really like the big spacious living room. And the wood burning fireplace with a beautiful mantle giving the living room Elegance and charm. We are so happy and love our home and community. And could not be complete with out the fantastic maintenance service team. Lead by a knowledgeable professional service supervisor Adrian. And the best service team. Keeping the community running smoothly. Its a great place for families to raise children. And the convenience of being close to the south hill Mall. Grocery stores the state fairgrounds just down the hill. And close the route interstate 512. Also a new mail room like fort Knox
