Allez is very conveniently located in Redmond! Close to the walking/biking trail, bus lines (King County Metro and Sound Transit), the public library, Trader Joe's, and grocery store. The community amenities are great (gym, common areas, lockers for packages), and I love the trash butler program (very convenient).

I love living here at Allez. It is like a big family. The managers are friendly and patient and professional. The friendly maintenance experts Ken and Justin are highly skilled in their field, and I never have to worry about anything and feel confident and comfortable when they enter the premises because they are so trustworthy. Everything is taken care of immediately and with the greatest of efficiency. It is peaceful here it’s like living in a country resort right next to the river, tucked… away amongst the beautiful trees, but with all the conveniences of living in the city. We love it here and all our neighbors are like family. It is clean and well maintained, and the most recent poll offered to residents was to vote on how to make the clubhouse more catered to the individual needs and wants. I especially love how they feature the pet of the month. It just draws us all together along with their community resident events. It is a wonderful living experience here. I highly recommend it to anyone.

We are loving our time living at Allez. The building and grounds are well kept and the unit itself is well appointed. The few minor maintenance issues we've had were handled promptly and professionally. The rent is fair for the market and location. And speaking of location - it cannot be beat. The property backs up to the fantastic Sammamish River Trail, and yet is literally only a few blocks to every conceivable service - grocery, restaurants, community center, library, pet stores, banks,… bars, health care of all sorts, and of course coffee galore (including a great spot right in the building). Allez is the perfect balance of modern urban convenience and access to nature and the outdoors.
