We have loved living here and plan to stay for the foreseeable future. A very professionally run, friendly, quiet, and family friendly community with brilliant access to green spaces, nevertheless remaining close to Redmond town center and a quick drive anywhere on the east side.

Very beautiful community in a conveniently located neighborhood. Hard to find similar layout in the nearby city areas. As long as the communication is improved, it will be an excellent choice in the price range.

Besides a smooth move-in experience, this community looked vibrant and ready for my 9-year-old to adapt quickly after moving from a large, independent home.Nice residents, walking trail in the backyard, yet very quiet and peaceful.
