Parkside Esterra Park has been a great place to live. The location is one of its biggest strengths — being so close to Microsoft makes my daily routine incredibly convenient, and having so many restaurants within walking distance is a huge plus. Whether I want a quick bite or a nice dinner, everything is just a short walk away. Overall, it’s a comfortable, well-situated community that makes everyday living easier and more enjoyable.

Living at Parkside Esterra Park has been a consistently great experience, and the building itself deserves recognition for how well it’s maintained and managed. The accessibility throughout the property is excellent — from the well-designed entryways to the convenient elevator access and thoughtfully planned common areas. It’s clear that the building was designed with residents’ ease and comfort in mind.

The cleanliness of the community stands out every day. Hallways, amenities, and outdoor… spaces are always well cared for, creating an environment that feels fresh, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant to come home to. The maintenance and cleaning teams do an outstanding job keeping everything in top shape.
