The location is one of its biggest strengths — being so close to Microsoft makes my daily routine incredibly convenient, and having so many restaurants within walking distance is a huge plus. Whether I want a quick bite or a nice dinner, everything is just a short walk away. Overall, it’s a comfortable, well-situated community that makes everyday living easier and more enjoyable.

Living at Parkside Esterra Park has been a consistently great experience, and the building itself deserves recognition for how well it’s maintained and managed. The accessibility throughout the property is excellent — from the well-designed entryways to the convenient elevator access and thoughtfully planned common areas. It’s clear that the building was designed with residents’ ease and comfort in mind.
The cleanliness of the community stands out every day. Hallways, amenities, and outdoor... spaces are always well cared for, creating an environment that feels fresh, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant to come home to. The maintenance and cleaning teams do an outstanding job keeping everything in top shape.
What truly elevates the experience, though, is the hospitality of the staff. The management team is friendly, responsive, and consistently willing to help. Whether it’s answering questions, addressing concerns, or simply greeting residents with warmth, they contribute to a strong sense of community and care.
Parkside Esterra Park continues to feel like a place where residents are valued and supported, and that makes all the difference.

When you choose to live in a large community, you expect proper communication and reliable service — but unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience. From being given the wrong mailbox key to waiting two weeks for maintenance to complete a work order, my time with Parkside so far has been quite stressful.
It’s disappointing to pay a significant amount of money for housing and not receive the level of service you expect, especially after signing a 12-month lease. Experiencing these issues in... just the first month makes me worried about what the rest of the year will be like.
I had read the reviews online before applying and still decided to move here because of the location. However, based on my experience so far, it feels like those reviews were accurate. I really hope the management team can take this feedback seriously and work on improving communication and responsiveness. Thank you

We've been a resident of Parkside Esterra Park for the last three years and are loving this community! The staff is incredibly helpful and proactive, always organizing fun events for residents. The property is also consistently well-maintained. Highly recommend!
