When you choose to live in a large community, you expect proper communication and reliable service — but unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience. From being given the wrong mailbox key to waiting two weeks for maintenance to complete a work order, my time with Parkside so far has been quite stressful.

It’s disappointing to pay a significant amount of money for housing and not receive the level of service you expect, especially after signing a 12-month lease. Experiencing these issues in... just the first month makes me worried about what the rest of the year will be like.

We've been a resident of Parkside Esterra Park for the last three years and are loving this community! The staff is incredibly helpful and proactive, always organizing fun events for residents. The property is also consistently well-maintained. Highly recommend!

Do you like the smell of hot garbage on the evening breeze? Do you have friends you'd want to come and visit you? They won't have a place to park unless they pay $5/day. If they come in the evening, call it $10 due to office hours. Want to host a game night in one of the many lounges here? The choice of tables, chairs, and lighting will prevent that.
