The Bella Vista is a beautiful place to live. The grounds are full of hydrangeas, the people are pretty friendly, and the views of lake Washington are gorgeous. The grounds are well-kept and the staff is very kind and responsive.

i am going on 2 years at Bella Vista and it’s been great. Have not needed maintenance often, but the times that I have it’s been prompt and efficient. Great management team and maintenance.
