Josi is a fantastic addition to the front leasing office. I've had multiple times where i went in with questions or concerns and she has repetitively answered them with kindness and professionalism.

We recently had an accidental fire in my apartment. I tried to go into the office the next day and they were closed for an unplanned Admin day. I called and was told I'd be let out of the lease due to my dogs being "undisclosed". My 2 80-90lb dogs that when we officially put my brother on the lease I was told by the leasing agent that "we don't care about your dogs". When the dishwasher needed replaced the office staff called me 6 times to ask if the dogs were put up so maintenance could install... the dishwasher. I called the office a 2nd time for an update on repairs on Friday morning when the office opened and left a voice mail then I sent an email. Neither have been responded to. I have been to the apartment every day since the fire and the only "repairs" I've seen are three large fans or dehumidifiers in the hallway. I'm extremely disappointed with how office staff is handling this incident. I'm disabled with 2 ESA dogs and I'm being treated like I've done something wrong. Ridiculous

While we are sorry that you experienced a fire in your kitchen, this fire was investigated by the fire department--and the report is clear that this was a preventable fire. I understand that this has been disappointing and upsetting, but we are... grateful that your active renter's insurance will support your next steps, and we have been absolutely responsive to any requests from them that will help you move forward into your new home. We are also very thankful that the fire was able to be quickly contained by quick thinking neighbors who called the fire department while you were out--as the stove was on and unattended while you were not home, with flammable items left on the stovetop. We do understand, but the home is now significantly damaged and was not habitable after this fire due to water damage, fire damage, and smoke damage, so living in the home while the repairs are completed was out of the question. Indeed, due to the nature of the incident, we can only support your relocation to another community. We welcome all qualifying residents, and their qualifying animals, whether helpful service animals or beloved pets! No animals, ESA, Service, or Pets, were registered to your apartment home, and at no time were any accommodations, statements, or requests submitted or communicated to me or the team, by you, regarding any needs around a disability. Please reach out to the leasing office, thebecketmgr@greystar.com should any further need arise. I'm sorry that we couldn't fix this for you in a way that made you feel better about your situation and do wish you the best going forward.

I Haven't had the best experience since moving in, things aren't fixed or updated and there's roaches. Hopefully these things get figured out cause other than that the complex is nice.

As we did clear out the issue in your home and you have verified there are no more pests present, if you decide that we were able to respond and take care of any issues please consider updating your reviews regarding our... most recent service to you. Regarding the request, we were able to order new windows and get the parts needed for your oven, both of which were dependent on window fabrication and installation, as well as waiting on the part for the oven. Please stay in close touch regarding future needs, and we will endeavor to keep you updated regarding parts, supplies, and vendors if we are unable to complete the request within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays for impacts on staffing) and we will surely keep you apprised as to the reason we cannot immediately complete the request.
