Stairs in the front of the home are steep and narrow, and the steps inside the home from the main floor to the upper floor are floating stairs without risers, so please exercise caution. No pets are allowed, and anyone found to have brought a pet onto the property will be fined $500 and asked to remove it immediately. There are no parties or events allowed at the listing. If guests throw a party or event, damage the unit, or have extra guests not disclosed in the initial booking, a deep cleaning fee between $500-700 will be charged, along with a charge for carpet cleaning. Outdoor quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am daily, and failure to adhere to this rule can result in an additional fine of $100 per incident. There is no smoking of any kind allowed at the property, including cannabis or vape, both inside the residence and in the outdoor spaces. If any smoke debris or smell is identified, a $500 deep cleaning fee will apply. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and additional fees. A laptop computer is not included in the home office set-up.
