If guests throw a party or event, damage the unit, or have extra guests not disclosed in the initial booking, a deep cleaning fee between $500-700 will be charged, along with a charge for carpet cleaning. Outdoor quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am daily, and failure to adhere to this rule can result in an additional fine of $100 per incident.
