Ballard Yards is a nice, clean apartment in a great location. Any maintenance that’s needed they knock out right away. Friendly staff. Is everything perfect, no, but pick your battles.

Ballard Yards is a beautiful building in a prime location. I've seen a number of the floor plans and love them all. The leasing team and maintenance crew are awesome and always available. I feel safe here and lucky to be in between city life and nature. If you're in the market for a change, I'd highly recommend Ballard Yards.

Recently moved in and am very happy with Ballard Yards. The front office team was great to work with during the move-in process. Vic and Amadeus from the maintenance team have been tremendously helpful with any requests I've had. The rooftop and amenities really allow you to enjoy where you live, and the location is hard to beat with how close it is to cafes, restaurants, parks, the marina, and great shops.

Gorgeous, tranquil living experience, I love it! The light is breathtaking. The apartments are designed with large windows and feel very spacious. Although there are many residents with dogs, the building is quiet and very clean. Ballard is a true surprise, and a pleasure. There are many cafés, shops, a lovely cinema and grocery shopping 2 blocks away. There is a great bike-walking path in front of the apartment, it's inspiring to see people out exercising! The roof-top terrace is extraordinary;... with gorgeous panoramic views of the bay, cozy seating, and gas fire tables.
