We have been living here since the very first year it opened, and from the beginning it felt right. Over time, it has become more than just an address — it’s where my routines, memories, and everyday life have naturally settled. The management has been consistent, the environment has stayed welcoming, and the sense of comfort has never faded. I’ve watched the building grow... into a community, seeing neighbors come and go while I continued to feel certain that I was exactly where I wanted to be. Wonderful!!! The leasing office staff was excellent and helped answer all my questions from initial inquiry to actual move-in. Thank you!! The building is in pristine condition, well-maintained, and clean. Our apartment is lovely, with the latest tech features. Internet services are prewired, and the kitchen and bathroom fixtures are top notch. The two level gym is amazing. I think I rivals many outside gyms. The location is excellent, across the street from University Village mall. How can... you beat that? QFC is there as well. I am so glad I found Broadstone Strata. Five stars! A Read More
