Roaches! Dumpster fires! Break ins! Rude property mgmt!

Unless you hear that there's a new property management service or that things have drastically improved, LOOK ELSEWHERE. I wish I could break my lease for reasons listed in the headline and so much more.

Pests, Awful Management, Dilapidated Building. DO NOT RENT.

This building has had a persistent roach problem for MONTHS and the owners are so cheap about it. Kicked everyone out of the building for a "spray treatment" which amounted to a bunch of dudes laying traps and barely spritzing some stuff when the entire building should have been fumigated. Then guess what? The roaches never left! Management are wildly unprofessional, don't address maintenance issues (lots of people have heat that doesn't work, washers/dryers that are broken for months, mail... frequently getting stolen because of old mailbox design AND REFUSING TO FIX THE FRONT DOORS LOCKS, the list goes on), and the rent is absolutely insane price for what little you get. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. Go look up the address in the City of Seattle - there are TONS of violations and complaints filed.

Security and bug infestation concerns

The mail often is stolen from the main room and the mailboxes have been broken into, with mail being taken directly from the boxes. Requests to replace it have been denied. This building also has roach problems that management is not following the roach control folks recommendations. Management and owners are cheap, not concerned about our quality of living and won't take action.

Security not taken seriously, mail stolen regularly

The mail often is stolen from the main room and the mailboxes have been broken into, with mail being taken directly from the boxes. Requests to replace it have been denied. The management and ownership are incredibly lax, cheap and don't appear to care about the safety or quality of apartments they are providing.
