Parsonage

I lived at The Parsonage during my time at UW, and it was easily one of the best housing decisions I made. The location is hard to beat, but what really sets it apart is the management. Robert, the Community Manager, does a great job keeping the property running smoothly and creating a welcoming environment for residents. The team is responsive, the building is well maintained, and the resident events are actually fun.

I moved into The Parsonage during my junior year at UW and stayed through graduation. Being so close to campus was what sold me, but it was the familiar faces and sense of community that made it feel like home. As a student hundreds of miles from my family, seeing the same staff every day was really comforting. Robert and Adrian have been there for what feels like forever. Even before I lived there, when I was just visiting friends, they were the familiar faces around the community. They were... always helpful, especially the few times I locked myself out, and having someone on site plus an after hours emergency line gave me peace of mind. Some of my favorite college memories were made on the rooftop too. Being able to reserve it for private get togethers made for some really fun nights with friends.

I stayed at The Parsonage from Sep. 2024 - Jun. 2026 and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I rented a studio unit for my time there. Here is what I liked:

-Very quiet: unless someone is right outside your room or the person above you is dropping boulders on the ground, you won't hear anyone
-Great location: close to campus, restaurants, and the light rail
-Awesome staff: all issues were resolved very quickly and professionally. They are also very easy to get into contact with (Instagram, email, or... phone)
-Amenities: Study rooms, rooftop access, and clean communal spaces

The only downside I would say is the lack of built-in AC in the units, but since I stayed there during the school year, I didn't really need it. Read More

I've called The Parsonage home since my sophomore year, and it has been such a meaningful part of my college experience. The location is incredibly convenient, and the community made it easy to feel at home. So many friendships, memories, and milestones were made here over the years.
