The higher-floor '06 ending one-bedrooms are easily the crown jewel of SLU and Denny Triangle. You get total privacy with zero facing buildings, plus front row views of the Space Needle, Cascades, Olympics, and Mount Baker on a good day. Nothing beats waking up with a cup of chai to what is arguably the best view in SLU at this price range, or spending the afternoon watching seaplanes and sailboats glide across the water, every single day with a good book in hand.

The REN is awesome. The concierge staff is exceptional, and make all the difference in creating a welcoming feeling at the REN. I hope they, the maintenance team, and the cleaners who perpetually have to clean up after us messy residents are valued by the management as much as they are by us They all make this place an exceptional place in which to live.

Since I moved here from NY, Ren team has been always very supportive and helpful. Specifically Jennifer, Nate, and Courtney. There’s sometimes something not going right - but how the team handles the issues is what important for me - fast, professional, providing effective solutions, and follow up! I don’t dwell on small things but I do have high standards. I’ve been renting from Greystar for almost 6 years (less than 5 years at McKenzie) and Ren. And I keep coming back because of the building… quality, friendliness of the teams, services, building event (even though I barely joined but it’s nice to have options), and professionalism. I even recommend Greystar buildings outside of state to my friends who live there. So keep it up Ren team! And thank you!
