Living at Chroma has been a great experience because my work commute is shorter, neighbors are quiet, and I get to partake in the free coffee station

I’ve had a great experience living at Chroma. The location is a huge win, tons of parks, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance, and it’s perfect for running. I usually loop around Lake Union or toward the Space Needle, and I’ve always felt safe doing it.

The building is consistently clean and well-maintained. Package deliveries are simple and secure, and the lobby coffee machine is a little perk I appreciate more than I’d like to admit. The gym is solid too, they keep it spotless, even... if us residents occasionally forget to re-rack our stuff.

Shoutout to Tracey and Ingrid at the front desk. They’re always kind, super helpful, and just genuinely good energy every time you see them. Maintenance deserves credit too, they respond quickly and do great work.

The dog run is another handy feature, especially for quick breaks with my pup. It stays clean, and aside from the rare mess left behind, most pet owners seem to be respectful.

This is a great community in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It's in a convenient location and the amenities are pretty good. The staff are very friendly and approachable. The maintenance team is pretty fast to respond and resolve issues. Overall, my stay here has been great and I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment in SLU!

Chroma's staff members are awesome, they are really helpful and friendly.

But there are also too many malfunctioning components in the unit when we move-in, mal functioning fan and curtain, kitching light not working, no-internect wifi points, dirty washer.

I would rate the experience 10/10 if they room is better prepared before I move-in.
