Thornton place used to be a great place to live. However more recently, the maintenance and leasing teams have been less responsive to urgent resident requests. It has been a disappointment given my past experiences have only been positive but I think this speaks to the lower quality of support for residents here now. I do not believe that the rent you pay is worth the treatment that you get at this apartment complex. If you have other options, I would encourage you to explore alternative living… situations.
